Martell XO

FLAGSHIP PACKAGING REDESIGN

Client: Pernod Ricard. Paris, France.

Role: Structural redesign, packaging artwork, storytelling, and concepts.

Skills: Conceptualization, graphic design, photography, image beautification, client presentation.

A design revamp for Martell XO extra old cognac, a historic brand and beautiful packaging project.
The initiative brings to life the Martell house’s philosophy as visionary crusaders with a strong taste for culture.

Exploring glass embossing is always an exciting process, these engravings take inspiration from art and architecture masterpieces like Mondrian’s, the Brooklyn bridge, and the Chrysler building. Also, the Martell logo was meticulously recalibrated for this project.

I personally see packaging as a medium to bring beauty to the world, a special bottle needs a fitting container, and so we created a range of limited-edition boxes to complete our design approach.
